User Agreement
These terms apply when you create an account or use Dicti.

Dicti is a beta product offered for testing. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service secure and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide a working email address, keep access to your account secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. If you are below the age required to accept these terms in your country, you may use Dicti only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the word lists, texts, notes, and other content you submit. You give Dicti Team only the limited permission needed to store and process that content to provide the service. Submit only content you are allowed to use and avoid sensitive personal information.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Dicti unlawfully, interfere with the service or other accounts, bypass security controls, upload malicious material, or attempt to extract the service's code or data except where the law expressly allows it.
5. Changes and availability
We may add, remove, or change beta features and may suspend or discontinue the service. We may restrict an account that violates these terms or threatens the service or other users. We will give reasonable notice when practical.
6. No warranties and limited liability
Dicti is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or preservation of data, and are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Ending use and contact
You may stop using Dicti and request deletion of your account at any time. We may update these terms as the beta develops; material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Questions can be sent to info@dicti.ai.
